| Dr David Herrera |
| |
| Professor Herrera holds a degree in dentistry with a postgraduate qualification in Periodontology, and a European Doctorate (Ph.D) in Dentistry, University Complutense, Madrid (Spain). |
| |
| David is currently a full-time Professor of Periodontology and Associate Dean, at the Faculty of Odontology, University Complutense, Madrid, Spain, as well as an invited Professor at the EFP (European Federation of Periodontology) Graduate Program in Periodontology, Madrid. |
| |
| He is the President of the Spanish Society of Periodontology, and also a board member of the Continental European Division (CED) of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR). |
| |
| His scientific activity focuses on Microbiology and Antimicrobials in Periodontology. He has more than 73 scientific publications in SCI journals. |
| |
| Professor Herrera lectures extensively both nationally and internationally and has presented at more than 80 international and national congresses. |
